Recover SOL rent from empty token accounts
Empty Solana token accounts still hold rent-exempt SOL. ClaimFindr scans a public address for classic SPL empty accounts and a conservative Token-2022 subset, then can prepare a recovery transaction you review in your wallet.
Open the public-address scanner. Solana is the default network. Scanning does not connect a wallet.
What this scan looks for
On Solana, many unused token accounts keep a rent-exempt reserve even when the token balance is zero. Closing those accounts can return that reserve to the wallet owner.
ClaimFindr checks classic SPL empty token accounts and conservatively supported Token-2022 empty accounts. Unknown, ambiguous, or unsupported Token-2022 extensions are skipped. Not every Token-2022 account is supported.
Scan first, then optionally recover
Paste a public Solana address. The scanner reads chain state through server HTTPS RPCs. RPC URLs and keys never appear in the browser, and scanning does not create a transaction.
Connect an installed wallet only if you decide to recover rent, and only when the connected Wallet Standard account equals the scanned owner. ClaimFindr does not auto-connect on page load, scan, or navigation, and it never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
Scan results stay in your browser session. ClaimFindr does not publish wallet-result pages for search engines. Your wallet must show the final transaction before you approve. If it cannot, do not proceed.
Batches, fees, and what is not recovered
Each recovery transaction covers up to 8 accounts and needs one wallet approval. You can stop and resume. Wallets with more empty accounts use guided batches rather than one oversized transaction.
The platform fee is 10% (1000 basis points, floor division) of successfully prepared recoverable rent in that transaction. Amounts too small to yield a positive fee are rejected instead of rounded into a surprise charge. The fee recipient is server-configured; the browser cannot pick a different recipient. Network fees are extra and paid by your wallet. No platform fee is charged if a transaction is not prepared or the wallet rejects it.
Ordinary SOL and token balances stay in the wallet. Unpriced, restricted, or unsupported sources are named rather than filled with estimated recoverable USD. ClaimFindr is not an audit and cannot recover a wallet if the seed phrase is lost.
Limits and safety
- This is not a guarantee that every empty account can be closed.
- Ordinary SOL and token balances are not recovered by this flow.
- The platform fee is 10% of successfully prepared recoverable rent. Network fees are separate and paid by your wallet.
Questions
Do I need to connect a wallet to check empty accounts?
No. Scanning uses the public address only. Connect later if you choose to recover rent.
Can ClaimFindr close accounts automatically?
No. You review and approve every recovery transaction in your own wallet.
Can I paste a private key to recover faster?
No. Private keys and seed phrases are rejected. Use a public address only.
Is the 10% taken from my whole wallet?
No. It applies only to the successfully prepared recoverable rent in that transaction.
If I lost my seed phrase, can ClaimFindr recover the wallet?
No. You must still control the public address and a wallet that can sign.
